Special Freight Conditions

Additional charges (at cost) apply for:

  • Heavy or bulky items
  • Large-volume orders
  • Specialised equipment (e.g. autoclaves, furniture)

⏱ Delivery Timeframes

  • Dispatch within 24 hours (standard orders)
  • Metro: 1–3 business days
  • Regional: 3–7 business days
  • Remote: 5–10 business days

📦 Delivery Conditions

Customers must provide accurate delivery details.

We are not responsible for failed delivery due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailable
  • Site access issues

Failed delivery may result in:

  • Re-delivery charges
  • Return to warehouse at customer cost

  • Must include:
  • Photos
  • Delivery documentation

🔄 Returns Eligibility

Returns must:

  • Be requested within 7 days
  • Be unused and unopened
  • Be in original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase

✅ Valid Return Reasons

  • Damaged or defective goods
  • Incorrect items supplied
  • Missing items
  • Expired or near-expiry (not disclosed)
  • Quality/authenticity concerns

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Unless faulty:

  • Equipment & capital items
  • Cold-chain products
  • Custom/special orders
  • Opened sterile items
  • Clearance items

🔁 Change of Mind / Ordering Errors

Accepted at discretion if:

  • Requested within 7 days
  • Goods are saleable
  • Minimum value: $50 (excl. GST)

Charges:

  • Return freight (customer pays)
  • Restocking fee from $35 + GST

🛠 Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If MeddicorPlus is at fault:

  • Replacement, credit, or refund provided
  • Return freight covered
