Ordering Shipping And Returns Policy

Minimum Order Value

MeddicorPlus accepts retail orders above $100 (excluding GST).

Sales Taxes

For deliveries within Australia, the applicable GST will be automatically charged. Customers are responsible for any taxes or duties on orders shipped outside Australia.

Standard Shipping

• Free delivery for orders over $300 (excluding GST), excluding bulky or heavy items.
• Orders under $300 incur a flat shipping fee of $30 (inc GST). Additional charges may apply for remote locations.
• Bulky/heavy items include medical furniture, items shipped in multiple cartons, or those requiring palletised delivery.
• Accounts are issued only to Healthcare Professionals.
• Same-day dispatch is available for in-stock orders placed by 10am.
• We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Bulky/Heavy Item Shipping

• Includes medical furniture such as beds, treatment tables, refrigerators, and other palletised items.
• Bulky items are shipped via Economy Bulk Freight, delivered to the entrance of your building or as close as possible. Couriers cannot carry items up external stairs.
• If delivery inside your premises is required, please contact us. Extra charges may apply for additional personnel or equipment.

Returns & Credit Policy

1. When Meddicor Plus is at fault:

We will accept and cover all costs for returns if:

• The product arrives damaged or faulty.
• We sent the wrong item.
• We failed to send an item from your order.

2. Customer ordering error or change of mind – Returnable items:

• A restocking fee applies (starting at $35, depending on item size/type and location).
• Returns must have a minimum value of $50 to be accepted.
• Low-value items are best stored or disposed of; submission is allowed but unlikely to be approved.

3. Customer ordering error or change of mind – Non-returnable items:

• Most equipment, cold-chain products (drugs, vaccines), and special-order items are non-returnable.
• Requests for these items will be assessed case-by-case, but approval is unlikely.

Note: If the issue is MeddicorPlus’s fault, we accept the return regardless of item type.

4. Conditions for Return

Items may be accepted for return if:

• The item is in saleable condition and notification is made within 7 days of receipt.
• For unwanted products, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
• The item is not a Special Order (i.e., specifically requested by the custom)

Please review our Returns Policy before submitting a request:

• Returns accepted within 7 days of receipt for items in saleable condition.
• Damaged, faulty, or incorrectly shipped items are fully covered by MeddicorPlus.
• Customer change-of-mind returns are subject to a restocking fee and minimum return value.
• Certain items (equipment, cold-chain, special orders) are non-returnable unless MeddicorPlus is at fault.
