Mepilex Flex Lite with Border is a thin, highly conformable foam dressing designed for gentle and effective management of low to moderately exuding wounds. Ideal for both acute and chronic wounds—including skin tears, diabetic foot ulcers, and traumatic injuries—this dressing provides reliable protection while supporting optimal healing.

Featuring Safetac® soft silicone technology, it minimises pain and trauma during dressing changes while ensuring secure adhesion to surrounding skin without sticking to the wound bed. Its flexible, lightweight design with 360° stretch adapts to body movement, making it suitable for difficult areas such as hands, feet, and joints.

The absorbent foam layer helps maintain a moist wound environment, while the outer film backing is shower-proof and acts as a barrier against bacteria and external contaminants.
